Full condo Renovation in lima

This was a full renovation from end to end. Both the kitchen and bathroom were updated and new flooring was installed throughout. This particular project was a challenge since the previous occupant was a heavy smoker. We were able to treat the walls and floors to rid the condo of nicotine odors and stains. With new paint and floors as well as new doors, cabinets and lighting, we were able to bring this back to it’s full potential. Sadly, we didn’t get any before images, but if you look closely you can see the staining that is still present on the exterior door heading to the raised deck and the windows as those are slated to be replaced at a later date.
